We accept payments via PayPal, credit card checkout, payments over the phone or in person. In the same way, we accept money orders, direct deposits, and checks.
Shipping Speed Worldwide
We ship within 1 business day of payment of your order. Many times we ship the same day. If you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your package will ship the following Monday (or following business day). Also, packages will not be mailed on USPS Federal Holidays.
We ship to USA addresses and most countries around the world.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Favored Memories is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
Returns and Exchanges
ALL sales are final.
At this time, we do not accept returns due to the nature of the items but we can certainly do exchanges of unused items. You would just need to pay for shipping of the new items. If your items are damaged let us know and we will substitute them as soon as possible (if they are factory related damages and are within the 30 days in the USA and 60 days worldwide since the day of purchase). We use bubble wrap and try to protect the packages in the best way possible. If this is something you are concerned about, contact us for an insurance quote on your package. If we do agree upon a refund, the refund charges will only be for the cost of the items, not for the cost of the shipping of the items.
